A circle of English Speaking Nannies who parents trust their children with.
Why The Community Village as a Nanny?
We help you get your bookings by offering you the opportunity to earn community badges, positive reviews from other mothers and training to become more specialized. We are also there when you need support. For example with agreeing with a family on your rate, meal or transportation budget.
What are the requirements for a Nanny?
You need to love hanging out with and taking care of children. This isn't just a job to make money. It's being part of a family's life. Being part of a child's trust circle. You like to go the extra mile. You like to discover what the children are interested in and what makes them have an amazing day. You proactively think about what you can do to make them (and their parents) excited that you are coming. We need you to speak English at least at B1 level, but C1 is preferred. Any other languages are a big plus. Some experience with babysitting is required.
Becoming part of The Community Village
For a fixed amount of €15,- a month you become part of our team (+ one off registration/training fee of €40,-). That means we onboard you, give you the opportunity to follow workshops to earn more skills, invite you to events and connect you to families in Tallinn. You choose your hourly rate and other working conditions yourself. We hand you the tools to make this conversation smooth and easy and mediate where needed.
